Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Technical Site Supervisor for the development and coordination of projects in rural areas and nature conservation. Key Responsibilities: 1. In relation to the process published on 11/03/2026, the application submission deadline has been extended from 18/03/2026 to 23/03/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Intervention in the project, including execution or coordination of installation development, as well as assisting in implementation and monitoring planning progress. * Layouts and measurements during service execution. * Responsibility for coordinating the on-site human team, acting as liaison between site management and workers. * Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, demonstrating ability to enforce fulfillment of their obligations. * On-site compliance with occupational risk prevention measures and adherence to quality and environmental regulations. * Data entry into computer applications. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish FP II or CFGS qualification in Building and Civil Engineering (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Microsoft Office suite * Training: Basic Occupational Risk Prevention in Construction (50 or 60 hours, depending on date of completion) * Occupational Risk Prevention for Site Managers and Execution Technicians in Construction Companies (20 hours) ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 3 years of experience in civil construction and/or public building projects as a site supervisor (assessed during technical interview) * 6 months to 2 years of experience performing duties as a Technical Site Supervisor in public administration or public companies (assessed during technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
