**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 2 Technical Architects to support technical management and maintenance of buildings in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Tragsatec Madrid Headquarters Travel within the Community of Madrid for site visits **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in drafting technical specifications for procurement of project design services, architectural supervision services, and construction contracts. * Preparation of preliminary studies and draft projects for subsequent procurement of project design services, architectural supervision services, construction works, and industrial equipment supply. * Drafting of individual documents within construction projects. * Preparation of documentation required to request quotations for subsequent procurement of project design services, architectural supervision services, construction works, and industrial equipment supply. * Issuance of technical reports for awarding projects, architectural supervision services, and construction works. * Monitoring and control of execution of project design contracts, architectural supervision services, construction works, and industrial equipment supply contracts. * Preliminary studies and technical proposals for acquisition and supply of industrial equipment. * Site visits during construction execution. * Preparation of technical documentation required for procurement of minor construction works. * Issuance of technical reports or minutes of meetings or site visits. * Monitoring execution of the Building Logbook. * Preparation of building inventories. * Preparation of valued reports on building interventions. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture (MECES Level 2\), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum six months of employment-based experience as a Technical Architect **Merit Criteria (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Construction Execution Management ### **Prior Experience** * Six months to four years of employment-based experience as a Technical Architect in/for Public Administration * Six months to four years of employment-based experience in renovation, repair, and conservation works as part of the Architectural Supervision Team, Site Management Team, or as Technical Assistance to the aforementioned teams (to be verified during technical assessment) * Six months to four years of employment-based experience in preparing renovation, repair, and conservation projects for buildings or their installations * Six months to two years of employment-based experience in drafting technical specifications for procurement of services and/or supplies and/or works under the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) (to be verified during technical assessment) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Immediate availability to join upon resolution of the selection process (within 15 days) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
