Job Summary: We are seeking a validation engineer to design and execute tests, manage test equipment, prepare documentation, and support the continuous improvement of processes. Support for continuous improvement of processes and tools We are looking for a validation engineer to work in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). Responsibilities include designing and executing tests using instrumentation such as high-speed cameras, accelerometers, or environmental chambers; managing and maintaining test equipment while ensuring its calibration; preparing documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports; and supporting the continuous improvement of processes and tools. A permanent contract is offered with an annual gross salary between 30\.000 and 40\.000 euros, depending on qualifications. Flexible working hours, including a reduced Friday schedule and summer hours, plus flexible benefits (meal vouchers, childcare, transportation, or insurance). Remote work is possible after the initial adaptation period. Requirements include a degree in validation or verification engineering, experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated industries, IT knowledge, and hands-on experience with hardware integration testing, bench testing, or environmental/EMC testing.
