Your mission will be to support the IT team in daily support for our employees and physical stores, ensuring every device and system operates flawlessly. If you want to conquer the world with us, we’re waiting for you! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Equipment Setup:** Assist in hardware configuration for new colleagues (onboarding) and updates for existing equipment. * **Initial Technical Support:** Resolve basic daily incidents (software, connectivity, peripherals) both in the office and in our stores. * **Inventory Management:** Support comprehensive maintenance and registration of hardware (PCs, printers, monitors, keyboards). * **Connectivity:** Collaborate on basic router and signal extender configuration to ensure stable network performance. * **Access Management:** Support user creation, email configuration, and workstation setup. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training student (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR) or Network Information Systems Administration (ASIR).
