Participation in the planning and execution of logistics projects We require an analytical professional to join Illescas as a logistics process specialist. The primary responsibility will be continuous improvement within a major logistics center. This position enables direct influence on operational efficiency through collaboration with plant teams and management. The role involves participating in the planning and execution of logistics projects. Internal workflows will be analyzed and optimized by applying new warehouse working methods, order picking approaches, and distribution practices. Project supervision during implementation is required to ensure no disruption to daily operations while maintaining fluidity. Coordination with other departments—including operations, maintenance, and supply chain—will be critical to ensure initiative success. Key performance indicators will also be monitored and data analyzed for ongoing improvement. Technical support will be provided for adopting new tools, reconfiguring space layouts, and optimizing existing systems. This position is suited for candidates with strong engineering education, logistics experience, and a drive to enhance operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Prior experience of 3–4 years in logistics environments, with specific experience in projects conducted within warehouses or logistics operations. Minimum English proficiency level: B2\. Analytical capability, results orientation, and practical approach. Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong teamwork ability. Comfortable working in an operational environment and regularly present on the plant floor.
