Main Responsibilities: * Monitoring and controlling all execution phases of photovoltaic projects. * End-to-end management of utility interconnection files: document collection, submission, follow-up, incident resolution, and corrective actions. * Coordination across departments to ensure adherence to deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Liaison with third parties (utilities, installers, engineering firms, etc.) to advance and unblock projects. * Preparation of periodic reports and reporting for steering committees. * Data management and analysis using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts). * Support for technical and management teams. * Collection and structuring of documentary information for integration into management systems. Candidate Profile: * Organized, methodical individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactive and solution-oriented profile, with initiative to handle incidents and drive project progress. * Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Collaborative attitude focused on continuous improvement. Requirements: * Education in photovoltaics, engineering, or project management. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy or photovoltaic sector. * Experience managing utility interconnection files (knowledge of grid access and connection procedures, legalization, and administrative processing is desirable). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in technical projects or energy efficiency is advantageous. * Experience with CRM systems—especially Salesforce—is advantageous.
