For our production facility in Latina Tor Tre Ponti, we are seeking a Shift Chief Engineer with an engineering degree.
Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will be responsible for managing production and all shift-related activities. You must ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met while maintaining GMP compliance and supporting continuous improvement of production processes.
**Your responsibilities**
* Manage departmental activities and resources within your shift
* Manage departmental deviations
* Process troubleshooting and effectiveness trend analysis
* Support process analysis within the department
* **Working hours on a continuous rotating shift schedule.**

Qualifications
**Who you are**
**Your experience and acquired competencies**
* **Engineering degree**.
* Prior experience in industrial manufacturing environments is preferred
* Knowledge of production KPIs

Initial **12-month fixed-term contract**, with the aim of permanent employment (Italian National Collective Labor Agreement for Glass Industry – Secondary Processing)

**The indicative annual gross salary (RAL) for this role is €26,162.54, paid in 13 installments.** The actual compensation includes additional allowances related to continuous rotating shift work. In addition, as part of our Italian offering, you may benefit from:
