**What will you do?**

✅ Support **project planning**, collaborating with senior profiles or delivery leads to define activities, workloads, and realistic plans.
✅ Participate in **tracking resource requirements**: technical profiles, assignments, licenses, tools, environments, and other resources needed for the project.
✅ Support **task coordination** among architecture, analysis, development, quality, operations, and management teams.
✅ Monitor **milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and potential deviations**.
✅ Maintain **traceability of actions**, ensuring compliance with requirements, priorities, and committed deadlines.
✅ Collaborate on **project status reporting and control** tasks.
✅ Facilitate **communication among various technical and functional stakeholders**.

Initial experience or internships in **planning, PMO, resource control, task tracking, or technical team coordination**.
Strong **organizational skills**, attention to detail, and results orientation.
Technical or functional background to **understand the needs of technology teams**.
Knowledge of tools such as **Jira, Excel, MS Project, Power BI, Confluence**, or similar.
Familiarity with **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid models.
Interest or general knowledge in **cyberdefense, simulation, training, software, or critical systems**.
Strong **communication skills**, proactivity, and ability to learn.
Valuable qualifications in **project management, Agile, ITIL, quality, or cybersecurity**.
