We are seeking a **Systems and Virtualization Engineer – IT/OT** for our Technology Strategy & Transformation team. **About the Project** You will join as a technical PMO for systems on a project involving IT platform migration and redesign, including virtualized environments and their secure integration with OT systems in airports. **Your Mission** Ensure that system and virtualized platform migrations are executed in a controlled, secure, and operationally non-disruptive manner, acting as the technical PMO between execution teams and project leadership. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate analysis of existing systems infrastructure: * + Physical and virtual servers. + Dependencies between IT and OT systems. * Oversee design and deployment of the new IP addressing scheme. * Plan and monitor migration of virtualized platforms: * + VMware + Hyper\-V * Supervise reconfiguration of virtual machines: * + Validation of network changes. + Control of testing and acceptance. * Coordinate connectivity testing and validation of critical services. * Ensure correct integration of OT systems (e.g., SCADA) from control and security perspectives. * Guarantee operational continuity during migration windows. * Review and validate technical documentation, migration plans, and test results. * Manage project risks, incidents, and dependencies. * Report status, milestones, and deviations to project leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * \+5 years of experience in systems and virtualization projects. * Experience in technical coordination, PMO, or ATCV roles. * Solid knowledge of: * + Linux and Windows Server + Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) + System and network migrations (at design and control levels). * Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and vendors. * English proficiency at B2 level. **Preferred Qualifications** * ITIL v4 or similar certification. * Experience in critical or industrial environments. * Prior experience as a technical PMO in complex projects. **What We Offer** Wellbeing and Personal Benefits * Wellbeing HUB: includes policies and initiatives supporting physical health (Wellhub) and mental health. * Life and Accident Insurance. * Bankinter Office with special conditions. * EY Flex Flexible Compensation Plan (transportation, training, meal card, childcare, etc.). **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance** * Hybrid work model and flexibility aligned with project needs. **Professional Development** * Continuous learning through EY University, with a personalized learning path. * Career plan to support annual growth within the firm. * Personalized support: you’ll be assigned a Buddy and a Counselor throughout your journey. **Culture and Work Environment** * Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Opportunity to collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams. * Expand your professional network in a diverse and enriching context. **Social Commitment** * Social impact initiatives led by the EY Foundation. **\#LI\-HYBRID**
