Technical Assistant for Weekends and Holidays You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to safeguarding residents’ well-being and quality of life, providing comprehensive and close support. Main responsibilities: \-Direct personal care and support to residents in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, etc.). \-Emotional and social accompaniment, promoting communication, autonomy, and participation in activities. \-Collaboration with the professional team (educators, nursing staff, physiotherapists, etc.) to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. \-Supervision and maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, orderly, and individually adapted environment. Experience: 1 year. One year of experience in the sector. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: You will work 3 weekends and 1 holiday per month. Holidays falling on your designated days off are also worked.
