The role requires frequent interaction with client stakeholders, assuming operational leadership of projects while combining responsibilities of Project Manager and Business Analyst, working under both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. **Responsibilities** * Plan, lead, and coordinate IT projects related to finance and business areas. * Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. * Manage project risks, dependencies, and priorities. * Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with various client departments. * Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating smooth and effective communication. * Prepare and present progress reports and executive dashboards. * Support functional analysis and business requirements definition when required. **What We Require From You** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management roles. * Experience managing and tracking projects using Jira or similar tools. * Solid knowledge of project management and tracking, preferably within financial environments. * Experience or familiarity with finance-related projects; prior experience in the insurance or banking sector is highly valued. * Ability to combine responsibilities of Project Lead and Business Analyst. * Engineering degree (advanced or technical), Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification. * Organized, methodical, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced level of English (mandatory). * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to corporate environments. **What to Expect When Joining Our Team** * Participation in a key project with a leading insurance-sector client. * Hybrid work model, including in-office days at our Madrid office. **If this project fits your profile, apply now—we look forward to meeting you!
