Lead by example in a cross‑functional team, mentoring junior developers. Drive technical discussions and contribute to engineering best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and support front‑end integration. Work with modern DevOps, CI/CD and cloud‑native technologies. **Mandatory requirements:** \+5 years Strong experience in **Java backend development** and software design. Solid knowledge of **Spring Boot, SOA, REST APIs and SQL (Oracle)**. Experience with **DevOps, CI/CD, testing and monitoring**. Affinity for front‑end technologies (**React, JavaScript, TypeScript**). Familiarity with **Kubernetes, Kafka, OpenAPI, UML**.
