They have ownership of monitoring and reporting first-level incidents and alerts, perform basic administration with help of standard work instructions, and assist LP and LM teams on inputs required during new builds, administration and decommissioning activities of Storage and Data Protection products. They contribute to Capacity and Performance reports as part of their role.
