Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead/Manager for Deloitte Digital’s Product Design, User Experience, and Content Design department to transform national and international organizations. We are looking for a Lead/Manager for Deloitte Digital’s Product Design, User Experience, and Content Design department. With a minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital projects and ideally with AA accessibility experience. You must have managed medium- or large-sized teams for at least 5 years. We would also like you to possess cross-disciplinary design skills: user flows, visual design, user testing, design systems, design thinking, CRO, etc. You must have a high level of English and be passionate about the digital and design world in all its facets—branding, AR, VR, offline design, typography, color, layout, UX narrative, digital marketing, etc. You should be capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and directly managing client relationships. You must present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner. Additionally, on occasion, you will need to lead junior profiles supporting you on projects. You must be able to create a customized work plan and methodology based on briefings and be involved in more than one project simultaneously. An important part of your role will involve creating and commercializing new offerings not yet developed within the Firm, as well as selling current services to new clients. What do we offer? Minimum 5 years’ experience managing teams. Knowledge of best practices in accessibility and usability. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Ability to conceptualize and design exceptional experiences with a focus on profitability and programming feasibility. Familiarity with and ability to apply methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile. Ability to define information architectures, user flows, wireframes, visual design, design systems, navigable prototypes, user testing, and documentation and testing of digital products. Awareness of current design and visual interaction trends. Experience analyzing websites and apps regarding user experience and business models. Ability to conduct user tests in diverse contexts. Experience integrating and documenting accessibility in projects. Leadership of teams of at least three people. Fluent English.
