




Seeking a culinary professional with specific experience in Arabic cuisine for a position in Eljas. Main responsibilities include preparing a wide range of typical dishes from this cuisine, always ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in every preparation. It will also be necessary to manage raw materials and supplies specific to Arabic cooking, as well as maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times. For this position, proven experience as a chef specialized in Arabic food is valued, including good knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes. Having conversational-level Arabic language skills is important to facilitate smooth communication with the rest of the team. The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic kitchen environment is also a fundamental requirement. An indefinite full-time contract is offered. Working hours will follow a split shift schedule. Remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
