The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards. Main Responsibilities:\*\* * Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to the work plan and established timelines. * Manage and coordinate the human and material resources required for project execution. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor and manage the project budget, identifying and resolving potential deviations. * Supervise the quality of completed work, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring fulfillment of their contractual obligations. * Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management. * Resolve problems and unforeseen issues arising during project execution. * Participate in coordination meetings with the client and other project stakeholders. * Ensure proper documentation of the project (drawings, certifications, etc.). Requirements:\*\* * Education: Vocational Training in Building or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager. * Knowledge: Solid knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and cost control. * Skills: Leadership, organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Computer skills: Proficiency in computer tools (Autocad, Presto, MS Project, etc.). * Residence: Must reside in the Extremadura region or be willing to relocate. * Valid driver's license (Class B). **Seize the challenge.
