Data entry and verification in computer systems **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Technician to provide support for inventory management and document archiving in Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Management of document loans and consultations in the archive. * Handling and sorting of paper documents. * Data entry and verification in computer systems. * Archiving and inventorying of documentation. * Light physical tasks, such as labeling and handling permanent archive boxes and transfer containers. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (homologated in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or at least 6 months of experience (professional, academic, or both) relevant to the profession (aligned with the position offered) and/or the duties of the position. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 6 months of professional experience in document inventorying and/or archiving ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid forklift operator license. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in managing document loans and consultations in archives (professional experience only) * From 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in document editing and metadata tagging (professional experience only). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * At least 7 months of professional experience in document inventorying and/or archiving (professional experience only). * Proficiency in operating forklifts (to be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 9 months. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
