Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project and Maintenance Manager to oversee projects, ensure the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems, and lead technical teams. Experience in project and maintenance management within multinational corporations. **Your Responsibilities \- What to Expect as a Project and Maintenance Manager?** * Oversee project planning, execution, and closure while simultaneously ensuring continuous maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. * Develop detailed project plans, coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, ensure compliance, and report project status to stakeholders and senior management. * Establish and implement maintenance programs for all equipment, machinery, and facilities; conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance needs and areas for improvement. * Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. * Prepare and manage project and maintenance budgets, ensure efficient use of resources, and manage procurement of new investments/machinery, maintenance supplies, and equipment. * Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and maintenance operations. **Your Profile \- What Do You Bring as a Project and Maintenance Manager?** * Based on your Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, you have a minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in the manufacturing industry. * You have a proven track record in managing projects and maintenance activities within a multinational corporation. * In-depth knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, techniques, and safety standards. * Familiarity with regulatory compliance and experience interfacing with government agencies. * Ability to balance strategic planning, practical problem-solving, and effective team management to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality and safety standards. * A leader who fosters positive stakeholder relationships and promotes a culture of teamwork and collaboration. * Proficiency in English completes your profile. **Please submit your application in English.**
