Responsibilities: * Development of prefabricated concrete integration projects for electrical applications. * Product or manufacturing process modifications. * Support during industrialization or product modification stages. Updating design requirements. * Standardization of repetitive alternatives across projects. * Technical support in non-conformance management. * Collaboration on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience: minimum 2 years in this role or similar functions / preferably 2 years in related sectors. * Technical knowledge in mechanics, structures, materials, and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D industrial design tools, and office software. * Competencies: Customer orientation, teamwork, change management, innovation/creativity, and initiative/proactiveness. * Languages: English level B2\. * Residence near the workplace. * Availability of personal vehicle.
