We are looking for an analytical profile (Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering) in BADAJOZ who enjoys translating complexity into simple and efficient solutions. Your mission will be to act as a catalyst for transformation: you will not only manage projects but also design how we work. From integrating new companies to developing apps or automating tasks, your technical vision will serve as the bridge enabling us to work more agilely and interconnectedly. How will you add value? * End-to-End Project Management: You will lead the planning and monitoring of cross-functional projects and integration processes for new companies, ensuring timelines and resource allocation. * Technological Bridge: You will translate business needs into digital solutions, creating functional specifications and mockups to guide the development of new tools and apps. * Innovation and Efficiency: You will drive the Group’s modernization by implementing automation (RPA), new technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile). * Strategic Analysis: You will define and monitor global KPIs, preparing audit reports to support decision-making by the Operations Directorate. * Change Culture: You will foster intrapreneurship and train teams on new tools to optimize their daily workflows. Requirements This role is for you if... * You have a STEM background: You hold a university degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering. * Experience in Lean, Agile, RPA, or project management and automation is highly valued. * You communicate clearly: You can create a mockup to explain an app or train a non-technical team on a new process. You are digitally fluent and proficient in management tools. * You possess systemic thinking: You understand the organization as a whole and enjoy connecting departments to generate synergies.
