We are currently looking for a Rental Agent for our office at Chamartín Station, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to deliver top-tier customer service. - Be responsible for managing all rental contracts to comply with our company policy (updates, renewals, contract closures).
- Participate in internal audits and in quality and environmental management within operations.
- Carry out vehicle movements and fleet management.

**Functions and Responsibilities**

Located at our showroom’s reception desk, you will perform the following duties:
* Welcoming and greeting customers. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for receiving and welcoming them to the showroom, identifying and addressing their needs, and guiding them through the layout and locations of our sections and materials…
* Providing personalized assistance in person, by phone, and via email—supporting customers in every way possible, processing small orders, resolving incidents, and managing their specific requests.
* Supporting the sales team. From reception, you will play a vital supporting role for the rest of the team, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks such as recording customer information, requesting samples, initiating orders, etc.
