This is a key position within the organization, featuring a hybrid mix of technical office work and on-site supervision, focused on ***unique projects***, with offices in Alcorcón and construction sites located in Madrid. We seek a proactive, autonomous, and technically sound profile capable of making on-site decisions and progressively assuming greater responsibilities within the technical area. What will you do? * Technical supervision and validation of electrical installations on site, ensuring correct execution and readiness for sign-off. * Direct coordination among the technical office, site management, industrial contractors, and subcontractors. * Daily site monitoring, technical planning, and work progress control. * Review of installations against drawings, regulations, and project specifications. * Resolution of technical issues arising during execution. * Support in developing, reviewing, and controlling technical documentation. * Supervision of compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention (PRL) on site. * Reporting on site progress status and communication with the technical management team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with sign-off authority. * Experience in electrical installations and/or building construction. * 20-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) certification. * Prior experience in high-end residential projects or unique installations is desirable. * High level of autonomy, decision-making ability, and on-site management skills. * Valid Class B driving license.
