Main responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, with particular emphasis on electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs. Rapid response to incidents is required to ensure visitor safety and comfort. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented and multiskilled, with prior experience maintaining similar buildings. Knowledge of electricity, RITE, and fluorinated gases is required. Additional skills in legionella control, welding, painting, and plumbing are valued, as is PRL training.
