Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to develop and implement a robust automation system for non-functional testing of a new application, ensuring reliability and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of automation for non-functional testing 2. Working on a pioneering project with a qualified technical team 3. Resolving complex technical issues in low-latency systems We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our technical team and become a key contributor to the development and enhancement of an innovative new application. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement, from scratch, a solid automation system for non-functional testing. This includes executing fundamental performance tests—such as low-latency and load testing—to ensure the application meets the highest standards of reliability and scalability across diverse scenarios. You will also take ownership of technical development. You will write automation scripts using Python, C/C\+\+ and Bash, working on Linux systems. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving technical issues across all system layers—from networking to source code. Managing CI/CD infrastructure—including tools such as GitLab, Ansible, and ArgoCD—and monitoring performance via Grafana will be integral parts of your daily work. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a pioneering project from its inception, collaborating closely with a qualified technical team. A strong background in performance test engineering is required, with at least 7 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Linux environments is essential, as is advanced programming skill in Python and C/C\+\+. Strong analytical capabilities are critical to identify and resolve intricate issues in low-latency systems. Excellent English language skills (C1 level) are mandatory, both spoken and written. A university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is highly desirable. We value self-motivation and the ability to proactively overcome technical challenges. The position offers an indefinite contract and full-time employment. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Performance Test Engineer. Advanced proficiency in Linux environments. Demonstrable programming experience with Python, C/C\+\+, and Bash. Proven ability to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in low-latency systems. English language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written). University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
