Advanced and challenging technology stack **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Java Backend Architect with a robust building mindset—the kind that doesn’t collapse when the system scales. We don’t want someone who merely keeps the system alive. We want someone who redesigns it so it can finally breathe. You will join an environment where you’ll evolve an architecture based on: * Microservices requiring order and scalability * Events traveling in real time (and never getting lost along the way) * APIs that must respond quickly—always * Cloud systems capable of handling serious load Technology stack you’ll work with:* Must-have (what you already know by heart if you’re this profile) * Microservices architectures * Event-Driven Architecture * Java 8+ * Spring Boot and Spring Cloud (Web, Data, JPA, Stream) * Kafka * Redis HA * Functional and Reactive Programming * High-performance, low-latency APIs (OAS3) * Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB * AWS and/or Azure * OpenShift * GitHub, Jenkins, and Sonar * CI/CD * Testing (TDD or BDD) * Bonus experience: * 3–4 years in Event-Driven architectures * 3–5 years in IT projects * 1–2 years in banking Where? Málaga is the ideal location, but if you’re the profile we need, we’re open to candidates from anywhere in Spain! Important (seriously): We need to onboard as soon as possible. The system cannot wait much longer for its new architecture.
