Backed by over 60,000 professionals across 55+ countries and a robust Nearshore model, we connect global capabilities with local trust to deliver real impact, sustainable growth, and high-value outcomes for our clients. **We are looking for: Generative AI Architect** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design end\-to\-end generative AI solution architectures (RAG, agents, copilots, fine\-tuning). * Define design patterns and best practices for using LLMs in production environments. * Select, evaluate, and optimize foundational models based on use case, cost, and performance. * Implement RAG pipelines (ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and serving). * Design and implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail mechanisms for LLMs. * Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise systems via APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Proven experience (5\+ years) designing AI/ML solutions, with focus on generative AI and LLMs. * Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate or similar). * Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalents). * Proficiency in cloud environments—especially Azure—and distributed architectures. * Experience in MLOps/LLMOps (deployment, monitoring, versioning, pipelines). * Knowledge of API and microservice development in production environments. **Desirable:** * Experience in fine\-tuning, RLHF, or model alignment. * Familiarity with autonomous agents and tool calling. * Experience in LLM evaluation, AI security, red teaming, and guardrails. * Familiarity with open\-source models (Llama, Mistral, among others). **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Personalized career development plan and continuous training * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components * Flexible working hours and emphasis on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram: @NEORIS. \#LI\-DA1
