From LUZA Group, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager to join a leading company in the construction, maintenance, comprehensive conservation, and rehabilitation of roads, hydraulic works, etc. What will your responsibilities be? * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of construction projects, meeting cost, timeline, and quality requirements. * Organize the team, assign tasks, and properly coordinate both internal staff and any external personnel involved in the project. * Supervise compliance with preventive measures as well as approved emergency measures on construction sites. * Regularly report to management on the status of projects and any deviations. * Monitor supply requirements in coordination with site supervisors. Required qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a site manager (may vary depending on candidate's profile). * Essential experience in building construction. * Valuable experience working with metal structures. What do we offer? * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00/6:30 PM.
