We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our central office administration team. Your Responsibilities Manage incentives and allowances, taking into account individual employee circumstances. Procure machinery, site cabins, tools, accommodations, generator sets, and other equipment. Procurement management: supplier onboarding, comparative analyses, and contracts. Monitor and track the monthly cost table. Site visits for monitoring administrative activities. Vehicle management: registration, deregistration, fuel cards, and fleet coordination. Occasional site visits. Requirements Education in Administration, Management, or related field. Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within construction or site environments. Proficiency with management tools (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills. Position Type: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: On-site employment
