**Hinojosa Packaging Group** continues to grow and we want to bring on board interns eager to learn, contribute, and develop themselves in the exciting world of **Data, Business Intelligence, and Analytics**. We are looking for candidates with curiosity, analytical ability, and a technical foundation who wish to participate in **real-world data projects within a corporate environment**, supported throughout their learning journey. What will the project involve? The selected candidate will participate in an end-to-end data project, tailored to their profile and level of knowledge. The journey may begin from various information sources — APIs, databases, files, or internal systems — and extend to final data exploitation using Business Intelligence tools. You will participate in tasks related to: * Data extraction from APIs, databases, and various sources. * Development of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation with **Python**. * Preparation and structuring of datasets in **BigQuery**. * Data transformation using **dbt or Dataform**. * Process automation and orchestration with **Airflow**. * Data validation and quality control. * Technical documentation and data model preparation. Ideal if you are interested in **programming, automation, system integration, and data engineering**. Data Analytics / Business Intelligence You can participate in: * Information requirements analysis and definition of **KPIs**. * Data querying and analysis using **SQL Server and BigQuery**. * Preparation of datasets for reporting. * Data modeling oriented toward **Power BI**. * Dashboard and report creation. * Development of measures, indicators, and visualizations. * Validation of information together with business users. * Documentation of metrics and calculation rules. Ideal if you are interested in **data analysis, Business Intelligence, visualization, and data-driven decision-making**. End-to-End Profile If you are interested in understanding the **entire data lifecycle**, you can participate in a comprehensive project covering: **Data Source** **Extraction** **Transformation** **Storage** **Modeling** **Analysis** **Visualization** **Business** Depending on the project, you may work with technologies such as: **Python · SQL · BigQuery · SQL Server · dbt · Dataform · Airflow · Power BI** What are we looking for? It is not necessary to have experience with all tools. We especially value: * Education or knowledge in **Computer Science, Engineering, Data, BI, or related fields**. * Basic knowledge of **SQL and/or Python**. * Interest in databases and information analysis. * Curiosity and analytical ability. * Ability to learn and solve problems. * Motivation to understand how data is used in a business environment. * Enthusiasm to participate in real projects and take on new challenges.
