We value attitude more than experience. What matters most is finding someone eager to learn, genuinely interested in IT, and motivated to grow within the support area. The selected candidate will participate in user assistance, incident management, and daily routine tasks, working alongside the rest of the team and learning in a real-world environment. **Responsibilities:** * Handling daily user incidents * Managing and tracking tickets * Providing desktop support * Preparing and configuring equipment * Assisting users with access rights and changes * Escalating issues to the rest of the team when necessary **Requirements** * Vocational training in IT, preferably SMR or equivalent * Interest in IT and user support * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally * Positive attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Professional and respectful interaction with users **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, or networking * Ability to communicate and operate effectively in English, both written and spoken, will be valued. * Any experience, however limited, in technical support or user assistance **What We Offer** * Joining an internal IT team * Learning and growth within the support area * On-the-job practical training * Participation in the service’s day-to-day operations **Employment Details** * Contract duration: Initially temporary for 3 months, with training objectives and intended conversion to an indefinite contract after 6 months. * Working hours: 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–19:00 — Friday is a half-day. * Work modality: Hybrid
