CT Engineers is looking to hire a Maintenance and Machine Efficiency Engineer to work at Airbus Illescas, supporting industrial maintenance and improving the efficiency of productive equipment. The selected candidate will participate in monitoring machine status, analyzing incidents, and proposing improvements to optimize equipment performance and availability. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to the industrial maintenance department. * Monitor machine operation and availability. * Analyze failures, unplanned stoppages, and efficiency losses. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning. * Analyze key performance indicators (OEE, downtime, reliability). * Propose improvements for process and equipment optimization. * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments. * Prepare technical documentation and follow-up reports. **What We Offer?** * Intensive working schedule * Remote work * Vacation: 23 working days \+ client calendar. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Positive working environment. * **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * 0–3 years of experience (internships or first job are valued). * Interest in industrial maintenance and process improvement. * Intermediate level of English. * Proficiency in Excel. * Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
