Operations Manager | Logistics Base | Growth Project

Company
Description
#### **Your Mission** Our client is a growing company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of textile equipment and accessories for Public Administration. We are not looking for a traditional management profile. We seek a person who wants to build the operations area from within, combining real hands-on warehouse work from day one with the ability to organize, improve, and professionalize how things are done. Your mission will be to lead daily warehouse operations, initially coordinating a small team, and lay the foundations for an operation ready to scale. This is not just about managing the current warehouse, but about defining how the operation should function in the future. From the outset, you will directly participate in: * Daily warehouse management and order preparation. * Physical warehouse organization and workflow improvement. * Supervision of the operational team, with a focus on progressive growth. * Definition and implementation of processes for receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch. * Improvement of turnaround times, control, orderliness, and traceability. * Inventory supervision and coordination of replenishments. * Coordination with other company departments to ensure product availability. * Progressive evolution toward demand planning and recurring stock control functions. * Participation in the Operations Committee, contributing field-based operational insight and judgment. This is a role with clear career progression. The company is in a growth and professionalization phase, aiming to double its size in the coming years. Therefore, we seek someone who can progressively transition from executing and coordinating daily operations to structuring, leading, and developing the entire operations area. We are not simply seeking a warehouse manager. We are seeking the person who wants to build an operation that will grow—starting from within and evolving alongside it. #### **Your Profile** We seek a candidate with experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations, accustomed to working closely with frontline teams and capable of assuming real responsibility from day one. We especially value someone who combines practical vision, strong organizational ability, and a desire to grow professionally within an expanding project. We will particularly value candidates who bring: * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, operations, or similar environments. * Hands-on operational experience—not only supervisory experience. * Ability to coordinate small teams and support their growth. * Prior involvement in process improvements, implementation of work methodologies, or operational reorganizations. * Judgment to structure workflows, timelines, spaces, responsibilities, and priorities. * Ability to collaborate effectively with other company areas: sales, procurement, administration, and senior management. * A practical, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement. * Comfort working in growing environments where not everything is fully defined. This position may suit you if you currently hold an operational or coordination role, have room to assume greater responsibility, and wish to take a step toward a position with greater organizational impact. It may also suit you if you enjoy building processes, improving ways of working, and participating in decisions that directly affect the company’s growth. This position is not suitable if you seek an exclusively dispatch-focused role, do not wish to engage in daily operations, or prefer fully structured environments without change or evolution. We offer a stable project with professional development prospects, direct participation in operational decisions, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future development of the operations area. Gross Annual Salary: €32,000 + variable starting from Year 2. **Residence in the province of Toledo (Toledo and surrounding areas) is mandatory.**#### **Who Are We?** **MADOM MANAGEMENT** is an organization founded in 2005, with proven expertise in Business Management, Financial & Economic Area Management, Human Resources and Payroll, Tax Optimization, and Legal Advisory.
