Verify the condition of machines operated by personnel under supervision: proper functioning and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with Quality and Hygiene standards. Alert the Production Manager to any anomalies occurring in positions under responsibility, proposing measures that could be taken to resolve the anomaly and implementing those decided by the Production Manager. Communicate to personnel the production planning and any changes made to it. Ensure that products manufactured on each line conform to their specifications: appearance, labeling, dating, temperature, etc. Ensure an excellent working environment, serving as the central point for vertical information flow. Comply with procedures, operational controls, and good practices established by the Energy Management System (EnMS), actively contributing to efficient energy use within the work area. Participate in energy awareness and training activities, report deviations or improvement opportunities, collaborate in collecting relevant data, and implement measures that support energy performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
