Based in the province of **Cádiz**, this position offers the opportunity to join a sustainability-focused team, participating in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems on-site, in strict compliance with safety and quality standards. The selected candidate will contribute to impactful renewable energy projects, working in a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence are core values. Job Responsibilities * Plan and comprehensively manage on-site execution, ensuring achievement of technical and quality objectives. * Coordinate and supervise internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and proper task allocation. * Monitor costs, schedules, and certification documentation, managing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure occupational health and safety, overseeing compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations. * Maintain liaison with technical management and the client, reporting progress and managing incidents. Requirements * University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or a related discipline. * Minimum five years’ experience as a Site Manager. * Proven track record managing large-scale projects. * Solid knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project, Presto, or similar. * Leadership and organizational skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
