Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of urban mobility projects, from contractual analysis through to project closure and financial settlement. We support urban mobility projects throughout their entire lifecycle. **What We Expect** ----------------- As Project Manager, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects, for which you will perform the core responsibilities of the role across all project phases. **Responsibilities** * Project Initiation: Contract analysis, scope definition, initial planning and price review. Preparation of the project initiation report. * Planning: Development of supply, installation, safety, and quality plans. Detailed task-level planning and resource allocation. * Execution: Client communication, management of technical documentation and site visit reports. Control of variations, risks, opportunities, and non-conformities. * Monitoring and Control: Oversight of supplies and works. Change management and tracking of key dates (contract, manufacturing, installation). Customer certification and invoicing, as well as supplier invoice control. * Project Closure: Test protocols, industrial registration, and handover reports. Delivery to internal and external clients, supplier closure.
