Be part of a business group with over 55 years of experience **Description:** ---------------- Within the Talent and Culture Department of the Pérez Moreno Group — a company with over 55 years of experience and presence across multiple sectors — we are looking to hire a **Compensation and Benefits Specialist** to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing the compensation and benefits policies, ensuring internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the group’s strategy. Responsibilities: * Design and maintain the group's compensation structure, adapted to various collective bargaining agreements. * Analyze and manage salary bands, professional categories, and equivalences across subsidiaries. * Coordinate and supervise the social benefits and flexible compensation policy. * Ensure legal compliance in salary and compensation matters. * Prepare salary cost analyses, simulations, and economic scenarios. * Collaborate with Finance and Management on workforce budget planning and control. * Support, as needed, collective bargaining processes, collective agreement reviews, and promotions.
