The objective is to maintain uninterrupted patient care and service quality within the hospital. * Receive and place medications and medical supplies delivered by suppliers. * Prepare and review orders for various hospital departments and the Talavera center, both physically and within the operational system. * Monitor expiration dates of medications and medical supplies. * Manage and schedule appointments for external patients. * Place orders to suppliers via the centralized system. * Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. * Identify and implement alternatives in case of stock shortages. * Review and monitor stock levels to guarantee availability. * Collaborate in warehouse organization and adherence to internal protocols. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Temporary employment contract. * Full-time (100%) schedule. * Shift work: Morning shifts from 08:00 \- 15:00 and afternoon shifts from 14:00 \- 21:00. * Integration into a young and dynamic team that supports you from day one.
