Position Summary: Lead an operations team, ensuring KPI compliance, managing personnel and processes to optimize performance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in personnel processes and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the assigned team of operators, ensuring proper performance while maintaining required standards in safety, motivation, and commitment. * Coordinate daily performance, including achievement of KPIs agreed upon with clients as well as internal KPIs (e.g., safety, operations). * Participate in recruitment, evaluation, disciplinary actions / dismissals, and provide necessary recommendations to ensure proper operational performance. * Advise team members to improve performance. * Provide operational results information to the team. * Execute and coordinate compliance with up-to-date processes, work instructions, standardized procedures, and related forms to achieve intended results. * Support the client, internal audits, and regulatory operational audits as required, and assist in implementing agreed action plans. * Support the team in adhering to safety regulations and help reduce or eliminate health- and operation-related risks. * Conduct basic on-site investigations of workplace incidents and promptly report non-compliance issues regarding safety regulations and procedures. **Required Profile** * Minimum two years’ experience as Operations Coordinator in a multinational company. * Medium/advanced academic qualification and/or vocational training is desirable. * Planning, decision-making, and problem-solving. * Communication, impact, and influence. * Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
