Organizational ability, leadership, and collaborative teamwork We are seeking a technician, preferably with an environmental background, for Barcelona Airport. Experience in managing and coordinating work teams, as well as communication skills and sensitivity when interacting with individuals from Special Employment Centers, is required. Organizational ability, leadership, and the capacity to work effectively in collaborative environments will be valued. Key responsibilities will include those typical of the position, among which the following stand out: \- Planning and organizing services, as well as personnel under supervision. \- Monitoring, coordinating, and supervising the team in carrying out various services (drivers and operators). \- Identifying and managing incidents, as well as direct communication and coordination with the client. * Experience: 1 year. Requirements: minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, planning of environmental services, and efficient allocation of personnel according to operational needs. Monitoring and supervision of tasks to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Ability to identify and resolve incidents and maintain direct communication with the client to inform, coordinate, and address technical queries. Knowledge of waste collection and treatment according to regulations, and use of computer tools for recordkeeping and planning, is desirable. Languages: Catalan and Spanish – advanced level. Competencies: problem analysis and resolution, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, organization, professional responsibility, and teamwork with effective communication. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 2000 * Additional relevant information: Salary: €24,000/year gross. Contract covering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours: 14:00–22:00.
