We are looking for a person to join our production team in Madridejos, highly motivated to learn and grow professionally in an industrial setting. The main responsibility will be to assist line supervisors, ensuring efficiency across all processes. This includes proper placement and organization of materials in work areas to facilitate continuous production flow. You will also be responsible for moving parts and components between different stations, guaranteeing that all personnel have the necessary resources. Adaptability and commitment to quality standards will be valued. While no advanced formal education is required, prior demonstrable experience in the industrial or construction sector is essential. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting and managing internal site transfers or trips to nearby locations. We seek a proactive individual who works well in a team and pays attention to detail to maintain a safe and orderly workplace. A temporary contract is offered with potential for continuity, with remuneration according to the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a daily commitment of 8 to 10 hours, adjusted to production demands.
