Your main responsibility will be to participate in all stages of manufacturing, from product handling to packaging. You will be responsible for monitoring the entire process to ensure correctness, paying close attention to baking procedures so that tortillas consistently meet quality standards. You will also prepare packages and boxes to ensure flawless output. No prior experience is required for this position. Most importantly, you must be eager to work, adaptable, and committed to your responsibilities. Formal education is less important than your ability to perform tasks correctly and your willingness to collaborate with other team members in an agile work environment. It is essential that you can work rotating shifts to ensure uninterrupted production. Compensation will be competitive, varying by shift, with additional pay for night or holiday work. Initial employment will be on a day-to-day basis, but there is potential for a permanent contract once you have adapted and demonstrated strong performance.
