About the department The internship will take place within the **Smart Infrastructure – Buildings** division, in the **Bid \& Proposal Management (BPM)** area. This department develops technological solutions aimed at the digital transformation of buildings and infrastructure, with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability, and facility safety—including advanced fire protection systems. The **Bid \& Proposal Management** area provides technical support throughout the proposal development process, participating in the technical\-economic analysis of projects and in defining customized solutions aligned with each client’s needs, collaborating with various organizational departments. Training plan During the internship, the student will follow a learning path enabling them to understand how a specialized technical department operates in developing projects for smart buildings. With guidance from department professionals, the student will have the opportunity to learn how to: * Analyze tenders, technical specifications, and customer requests to understand each project’s requirements. * Understand the design process for building automation and fire protection systems in compliance with applicable regulations. * Participate in equipment selection and review of technical documentation. * Understand the methodology used in preparing technical\-economic proposals and commercial offers. * Collaborate in drafting diagrams, drawings, and supporting technical documentation for projects. * Understand coordination among technical, commercial, and execution departments across different project phases. * Develop a holistic view of the process for preparing technical solutions for smart buildings. All activities will be training-oriented and supervised by the assigned mentor. Mentorship and follow-up The student will be assigned a specialized mentor who will accompany their learning process throughout the internship. The follow-up plan includes: * Initial definition of training objectives. * Progressive integration into the department. * Periodic follow-up meetings. * Technical and methodological guidance. * Continuous feedback on the development of acquired competencies. * Final evaluation of learning outcomes achieved. Candidate profile Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Master’s students in engineering-related disciplines. Languages * English level B2\.
