Who are we looking for? We are seeking candidates with solid experience in digital analytics and attribution, with essential expertise in key tools such as **Adobe Analytics and GA4**, as well as advanced *tag management* using tag managers like **Adobe Launch or GTM**. It will be valuable to demonstrate proven ability to **unify and manage data** from different environments and sources (web and mobile app). The selected candidate must show a **strong results orientation**, demonstrating **analytical skills** and a high level of **execution** in tagging and integration validation tasks. What will you be doing? Ensure proper collection and utilization of information for tracking our digital channels, especially in the Customer Private Area (Web and APP). This involves the implementation, management, and optimization of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4) and tag managers (Adobe Launch, GTM), including the definition of KPIs, deployment of the measurement model (SDR), and validation of tags and integrations. Key responsibilities of an Adobe Analytics Specialist Definition of KPIs and other indicators. Definition, deployment, and optimization of the measurement model. Tagging maps, SDR, etc. Configuration and administration of Adobe Analytics, GA4, tag managers (Adobe Launch, GTM, etc.), as well as other “Customer Experience” tools such as Hotjar, Medallia, Clarity. Definition of tags and methods required for data collection, tracking, and validation of integration tests. Definition and configuration of dashboards. Extract insights and identify and recommend improvements based on patterns and opportunities detected in the data.
