As a **Payroll Technician / Labor Advisor**, your main responsibilities will include: * **Payroll Management**: Calculation, preparation, and review of payrolls, as well as handling related social insurance procedures. * **Social Security Regulations**: Advising on and applying current labor and Social Security legislation. * **Legislation**: Knowledge and application of labor, tax, and Social Security regulations. * **IRPF**: Calculation and management of IRPF withholding taxes. * **Social Security**: Processing registrations, cancellations, and modifications within the Social Security system. For this position, we are looking for candidates with: * **Academic Qualifications**: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Labor Relations, or similar. * **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in payroll management and administrative procedures related to Social Security. * **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of labor, tax, and Social Security regulations, as well as proficiency in payroll management software. * **Skills**: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
