Job Description As part of our Service Center’s expansion and growth plan, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with French language skills to join one of our teams. What will you do on a daily basis? * Serve as the single point of entry for all requests received from client teams, as well as handle recurring tasks within the defined scope. * Process requests received via email. * Assign and track requests. * Analyze technical changes: identify impacts on production and propose action plans to reduce operational risks. * Perform recurring tasks: certificate updates, route openings. Requirements **What are we looking for?** * Experience working with **SQL**. * Strong oral and written communication skills in **French**. * Basic level of **English**.
