You will contribute to subsidiary integration and enhance the customer experience for B2C, B2B2C, and B2B clients. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Support logical segregation and environment configuration per subsidiary. Manage users, credentials, and certificates. Develop and configure OIDC/SAML adapters and authentication flows in PingIdentity. Assist subsidiaries and application owners with onboarding and platform support. Manage authentication federation and 2FA with internal and external SSO providers. Coordinate patches, updates, and incident resolution for the IAM infrastructure. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications. Prior work experience (valued). Knowledge of PingFederate, PingOne, PingDirectory, and PingOne 2FA. Proficiency in OIDC, SAML, Postman, and REST APIs. Analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactivity. English proficiency at minimum B2 level; French is optional.
