Laboratory Technician

Description

The Quality Department seeks to hire a Laboratory Technician for the production plant laboratory to conduct tests and supervise laboratory controls, adhering to internal procedures while collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments. Supervise the proper execution of laboratory tests and controls according to established corporate procedures. Review and validate analytical results, ensuring their consistency and traceability. Manage laboratory incidents and collaborate in the investigation and resolution of deviations. Coordinate the release of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products in accordance with specifications. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments. Monitor laboratory quality and performance indicators. Participate in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in chemical analysis, quality control, polymer material characterization, physical-mechanical testing, quality documentation management, and industrial environment work will be valued. * Degree in Chemical Engineering * Analytical and Quality Control Laboratory * Degree in Chemistry * English (Advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of polymeric materials. Ability to interpret ISO standards and quality procedures. Operation of laboratory equipment. SAP knowledge. High level of rigor and attention to detail. Analytical ability and data-driven decision-making. Coordination and interdepartmental collaboration skills. Proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '3000' * Additional information of interest: Knowledge of other languages such as German and/or French will be valued.
