We are seeking a professional with technical training in the construction field for a company located in Fraga. A Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, as well as a valid Type B driving license. Previous experience in surveying will be positively valued, as well as proficiency in office software and specialized technical software such as AutoCAD, Presto, and other technical programs. Main responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing technical and economic studies for construction projects, detailed budget preparation, measurements, and breakdowns, as well as supervision of drawings and technical documentation. The position will also involve coordination with site managers and project directors to optimize construction solutions, conducting internal measurements and topographic monitoring, and collecting and verifying production data. Additionally, the role includes developing actual construction costs and preparing and controlling certifications for both the company and its clients.
