Description
The operator will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing processes according to the technical specifications outlined in work orders, ensuring compliance with predefined quality control standards. This task involves meticulous monitoring of each production phase to guarantee that final products meet required quality criteria. Additionally, the professional must maintain a detailed computerized record of production reports, material consumption, and full traceability of manufactured batches, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation. Another key responsibility is performing basic machinery maintenance to ensure proper operation, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the assigned workstation—contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. The role also includes resolving basic operational incidents that may arise during the shift by applying defined protocols to minimize disruptions in the production line. Effective coordination is essential: the operator will hand over critical information to the next shift, facilitating continuity and smooth flow of production operations without delays. Within internal logistics, duties include receiving and verifying raw materials, preparing internal orders according to demand, and organizing surplus or excess materials. This position requires a proactive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a team, always prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance in all performed activities.
This position offers a competitive salary with an annual gross range between 20100 and 20600 euros. The working schedule is full-time and includes rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods. Hiring is immediate and will be formalized through an indefinite-term contract. The work environment is collaborative and oriented toward continuous process improvement.
Applicants must hold the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma and have at least one year of prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. It is essential to be proactive, capable of resolving basic operational incidents, and able to work effectively in a team.
