




The position available is for a professional who will perform reception duties and provide support in event coordination. Key responsibilities include attending to the public and handling phone calls, delivering high-quality service. Assistance will also be provided in event organization and coordination tasks, from planning through to execution. Additionally, technical visits and guided tours will be conducted, along with various general administrative functions contributing to the smooth operation of the department. A minimum of six months’ prior experience in similar positions is required. A medium-level academic qualification, knowledge of English, and a valid driver’s license—and access to a personal vehicle—are desirable. Additional training in customer service, event management, or tourism will be considered an advantage.
